Description

Upright Meanings
You've been working at something for a while. Step back and look at it. What's grown, what hasn't, where the time actually went. The Seven of Pentacles says the slow result is still the result. Patience is not the same as waiting. Patience is staying with the thing while it takes the time it takes.
Reversed Meanings
The returns aren't matching the effort. You can keep grinding, or you can be honest about it. Sometimes the work is fine and you're just impatient. Sometimes the work is wrong and you're refusing to see it. Stop and check which one this is.
